Payment
All tours must be paid for at time of service or ONLINE the next business
day.
No tour will be made visible until payment is received. For prepayment, send check to:

Hosting
All tours will be hosted on the Graphic Dimensions website for 1 year or until the
agent no longer has the listing. You will be notified via email 2 weeks before the
tour expires. Thereafter you may renew for a fee of $35.00 for an additional
year.
Once a listing has been sold, it will remain on your current listings page for the
remainder of the 1 year period, unless you choose to renew or in the event the
property is listed for resale by another agent. In that case, the original agent
forfeits any remaining portion of the renewal fee.
All tours are the property of Graphic Dimensions and will remain associated with
the listing agent until the listing is withdrawn or expires.
Graphic Dimensions is not responsible for keeping tour information current. We
will email weekly reminders asking that you make price changes, status changes
or deletions where necessary. Viewing current listing information is important to
the public.
